As the most ambitious smart residential project in Germany, AparTImentum was developed by Lars Hinrichs, founder of XING, a German business social networking site, which far surpasses many European homes in terms of life intelligence and networking.
The many advanced technologies and IoT applications in the AparTImentum apartment provide great convenience and a comfortable and personalized living experience for the daily life of the residents, while also achieving daytime energy savings. By viewing the owner's schedule, the smartphone can not only automatically wake up, control the air conditioning and hot water in the bathroom, but also check the traffic conditions and provide alternative routes at any time according to the congestion situation, and adjust the wake-up time accordingly. As a lighting partner for the Apartimentum apartment, OSRAM ensures that the home meets the highest standards and individual needs of the home in terms of lighting through innovative products and intelligent solutions. For example, OSRAM's intelligent network lighting technology Lightify Pro is used in the entire building of Apartimentum. Each apartment has its own Lightify portal, and each resident can install the Lightify Control App on their tablet to individually program, recall and select lighting scenes based on a people-oriented lighting concept. Dynamic white light, which can be adjusted according to the brightness and color sequence of natural daylight, can create amazing lighting effects and greatly enhance the comfort of the home.
In addition to intelligent lighting control, OSRAM's specially developed LED solutions bring more comfort and well-being to the residents. For example, the custom Osram Linearlight Flex line LED module features white (adjustable white) notch lighting for a unique palette of kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom. The adjustable white RGBW LED ceiling light brings bright light like natural light to a windowless room. The visual-architectural and lighting effects of large LED ceiling lights add a skylight function to the stairwell. The front side of the Apartimentum features a very thin Traxon Nano Liner Allegro LED lighting system, and the underground garage entrance is fitted with the Traxon Media Tube LED module as a "traffic light" control vehicle. Bright and safe outdoor areas such as golf courses are equipped with the latest generation of Siteco LED light sources.
