Plc has three types of outputs: relay output, transistor output, and thyristor (thyristor) output. When servicing the PLC, pay attention to the output load power requirements. According to the main technical indicators of PLC output, the thyristor output can only be connected to AC load, the transistor output can only be connected to DC load, and the relay output can be connected to AC load or DC load. When the rated current, power, etc. of the load exceeds the interface specifications, it is necessary to use a contactor, a relay, etc. to connect with the high-power power supply.
The relay output PLC control device has both DC power and AC power, and can connect the same nature and the same amplitude power supply device to the same COM terminal. When repairing the PLC, it is forbidden to connect different power supply devices to the same COM terminal. When the power is the same, the COM terminals can be connected together.
The response time is 0.2 ms. When the condition is 24V, 200 mA, the actual time required is the time when the circuit cuts off the load current to 0. The parallel current-saving diode can be used to improve the response time. If the response time is expected to be less than 0.5 ms, the power supply should be 24V, 60 mA.
Figure 2 shows the wiring diagram of the hybrid control of the AC and DC equipment when the relay is output. Figure 3 is a schematic diagram of the transition through the relay when the transistor output controls the AC device or the high-power device in the control zone.
