The Construction Bureau of Chengde City of Hebei Province recently issued a notice requesting that in the future, the newly built residential building corridor lighting and building door intercom system use solar photovoltaic power generation.
The notice requires that the architectural design unit should use photovoltaic power generation when designing residential building corridor lighting and building door intercom system power, uniformly arrange pipelines, and reserve photovoltaic power generation equipment locations on the roof. The construction drawing review agency shall use the residential building corridor lighting, the building door intercom system and the heat metering remote meter reading system as the construction drawing review items, and the engineering not designed according to the requirements will not pass the examination. The construction unit must carry out construction according to the construction drawings that have passed the examination. The solar panels of the same building should be unified brand, unified installation and unified acceptance. The project supervision unit shall include the construction of photovoltaic power generation equipment into the scope of supervision.
