1, the process
In the three painting workshops, the middle coating and topcoat line equipment adopts a medium-coated line, and the conveying chain speed is 8.2m/min. Two lines of topcoat with a conveyor chain speed of 4.4m/min. 2. EMS model identification system
Model recognition includes raster recognition, barcode recognition, ultrasonic recognition, and EMS recognition. Each type of identification has its own advantages and disadvantages. The mechanized conveyor system of the workshop uses the EMS automatic identification model system. The VIN code of the vehicle body is scanned by a scanning gun with a fine sealing point of PVC. Here, the EMS reading and writing station has a function of reading and writing, and the scanned body VIN code information data can be stored in the code body on the skid, and the PLC will The body information is stored in the central control room database. When the skid transport body enters the entrance of the intermediate coating line and the topcoat I/II line spray booth, an EMS reading and writing station is installed at the entrance of the spray booth, and the body information of the sled uploading body is transmitted to the robot through the EMS reading and writing station. Station MDIP console color display, if there is no body information stored in the code body or body information error, personnel need to check the truck card and body VIN code information, and modify the correct body information data in the MDIP console.
Ionization station and robotic spraying station
1. Ionization station
The robotic ionization station has 5 poles, one vertical pole and one inclined pole on each side. According to the design, the maximum size of the vehicle body can be fixedly installed. The ejector lever has the ability to freely program, that is, the ejector rod can be automatically adjusted according to the height of the vehicle body. There is an ion tuyere on each pole. The ionization stand includes a drive, a motion device, and a rail for vertical lifting movement (Z-axis). The purpose of the station is to spray the particles and dust on the body before spraying the paint body and eliminate the static charge on the body.
