There is no abnormality after starting the machine. After the vibration method, it is believed that there is no virtual welding. . This is here to come to an end, but after the installation is turned on, the fault is as it is! I had no choice but to take off the back cover and re-examine it. Suspected to have hidden solder joints, repair all the parts that may be soldered, and test the machine again without abnormalities. Installed again, after the installation, the test machine is still the same - ---- not boot I had no choice but to disassemble the back cover. I had more careful inspections with the previous two lessons. I still found no abnormalities. I was a little annoyed when I checked this. I put the motherboard there, turned it on, turned it on, everything was normal, and I accidentally received it. When the head component is plugged in [when it is not turned off], it is turned off immediately. Is it ........... I want to take a line of hope to take the receiver head component board down, and the main version is measured in reverse 5V. Plug in the receiving head without shutting down, and the 5V is detected immediately. At this time, the measuring receiver has found that it has been broken down, replaced with a receiving head, and then turned back to normal, and can no longer be opened. The TV is installed again, the test machine is OK, and the repair is temporarily over.
This fault is caused by the breakdown of the infrared receiving head, which is relatively rare, but it is not difficult to check. The reason why the detour is taken is because each time the inspection is convenient, the receiving head is unplugged to cover up the fault point, and it is sorted out.
