From the first picture, the power conversion U1P2, U1P1 and power switch circuit U0L1, U0L2 are all after the boot, regardless of it.
U0P8 output 1.2V is measured normally, U0P4 output 5V is measured normally, and U1P3 is measured without output. Then measure the U1P3 TJ4210 chip's 3 feet with 5V, (power input).
