Set the "OPTI_EN" pin to "Enable" in the CFC. This pin is hidden by default. If you are on the OS panel, check the "EnableOptimiz" option in the "Parameter" view.

Select the controller function block and start the tool in the CFC via the menu "Edit>OptimizePIDController...".
