2. Familiar with equipment performance and structure, items and contents before and during power transmission, and methods of using safety equipment and fire-fighting equipment. And the ability to take correct measures in exceptional situations.
3. According to the dispatching command, the switching operation is performed. Under normal circumstances, the test is allowed to send power once after the switch trips. After another trip, the power is not allowed to be sent again.
4. It must be done when switching operations:
(1) Operate in strict accordance with the provisions of the work standards. If you do not know the place, you must report to the dispatcher. It is strictly forbidden to change the work ticket privately.
(2) It is strictly forbidden to make an appointment for the switchover operation, and the power is cut off due to maintenance. No power is allowed to be delivered before the end of the work and the acceptance.
(3) The switching operation must be carried out by two persons, one of which is guarded; the single-person duty place is allowed to be operated by one person.
(4) In the case of power failure operation, the order of the oil switch, the load side isolating switch, and the busbar side isolating switch must be pressed. The order of power transmission is reversed.
(5) When the transformer is powered, first combine the high-pressure side oil switch and the isolating switch, and then combine the low-voltage side main switch and the shunt switch.
(6) If the tie line is juxtaposed or integrated, it must be operated with an oil switch. It is strictly forbidden to operate with the isolating switch.
(7) When the single-pole isolating switch or the drop-out fuse is powered off, it must be in the order of the middle phase, the leeward side, and the upwind side. The order of power transmission is reversed.
(8) The isolating switch is not allowed to operate with load. The allowed operating modes are: split voltage transformer and lightning arrester; capacitor current of split bus and equipment connected to busbar; neutral grounding wire of split transformer; The no-load power transformer with a current carrying current not exceeding 2 amps; the no-load power line with the current of the split capacitor not exceeding 5 amps; the bypass isolating switch connected in parallel with other switches can be split when the main switch is closed.
(9) When loading and unloading the melt of the high-voltage fuse, the circuit breaker in front of the fuse must be opened.
(10) When operating the high voltage switch, it is necessary to use an insulating rod and wear insulated boots and insulated gloves. Operating the outdoor high-voltage switch must also stand on the insulating mat, and it is forbidden to perform the switching operation during lightning.
(11) After a power outage or an accidental power outage, before the relevant circuit breaker is opened and safety measures are taken. It is not allowed to enter the obstruction or contact equipment, and maintenance work is not allowed.
(12) The interval between switching and closing of the electrostatic capacitor bank is not less than 5 minutes.
(13) When the busbar is powered off, the voltage transformer must be stopped later, and the order of power transmission is reversed.
(14) When the voltage mutual inductance and its circuit are repaired, the high voltage side must be powered off, and the low voltage side fuse core must be removed.
(15) It is forbidden to open the switch, misclassify or mismatch the power switch with the load, and close the unconnected ground wire.
4. The duty officer should check the equipment once a day. When overload or abnormal operation, the number of inspections should be increased. When the shift is completed, both parties should check it together once. When the vehicle is overloaded at night, it should be patrolled. For unattended power stations, at least weekly inspections. three times.
5. The attendant can patrol separately, but is not allowed to move or cross the obstruction, and is not allowed to contact the running equipment.
6. The transformer in operation has a serious oil leak. If the oil level is too high or too low, the sound is abnormal, or the porcelain sleeve is discharged, the cause must be found and reported to the electric dispatcher.
7. The high-voltage power distribution device in operation is experiencing discharge, overheating, abnormal sound, oil leakage, incorrect opening and closing instructions, and the capacitor housing is convex. It is necessary to find the cause and report to the ESC.
8. When the following conditions are found, the high and low voltage switches of the transformer must be immediately opened and reported to the power dispatch.
(1) The sound inside the fuel tank is obviously increased, accompanied by uneven popping sound;
(2) The oil pillow or the explosion-proof cylinder is sprayed outward;
(3) Serious oil leakage will not see the oil level;
(4) The oil color is suddenly changed with carbon;
(5) The porcelain sleeve is severely discharged or broken.
9. The heavy gas action trips, the transformer is not allowed to be turned on before the cause is found.
10. The transformer must be taken out of service when it is on fire. If there is a fire on the lid, after taking safety measures, you can open the bottom valve to drain the oil, so that the oil level is lower than the fire line, you can save.
11. Special inspections are required in the following cases:
1 When the weather is sudden, such as lightning discharge, heavy rain, snow, heavy fog, high temperature or severe cold;
2 When it is opened by itself due to the grounding line;
3 After the new equipment or equipment is overhauled, it can participate in the running time;
4 when using new technology or a new mode of operation;
5 During the holiday season, power must be guaranteed.
12. According to the seasonal characteristics, the key inspection items are as follows:
1 The fog season focuses on checking the discharge of porcelain or porcelain sleeves of outdoor equipment.
2 During the thunderstorm season, the flashover discharge marks of porcelain bottles and porcelain sleeves were checked, the lightning protection devices and grounding devices were in good condition, and the houses were leaking and water accumulated in the site. Insulated boots must be worn during inspections, and lightning protection devices are not allowed.
3 The windy season focuses on the inspection of outdoor equipment and structures, and whether the foundation of the house is strong.
4 During the rainy season, the focus is on checking the water in the outdoor area and whether it is possible to seep into the house.
