However, after nearly 20 years of development of LED display screens, there are still many technical details that have not been solved, and the plaque phenomenon of the display screen is one of them.
LED display plaques have been around for a long time, and almost formed an industry that has been ignored by everyone. Some accessory companies have continuously improved their processes and worked hard to solve them, but the results have been minimal.

So how does the LED display plaque come about? The following analysis of the material and shape will lead to the conclusion:
Mask front and mask back
The back of the LED module mask is flat, and the front is designed with stripe-like protrusions and the brim of the lamp due to the consideration of the light type. This is the design that focuses on the front light type; precisely because of our design. And the shrinkage of the PC material is not comprehensive, resulting in an imbalance of the surface stress distribution caused by the shrinkage of the material (shrinkage refers to the shrinkage of the material after molding, the shrinkage of different materials is different), the stripe in front of the mask The concavity shrinkage is more than the back plane shrinkage, and the stress generated in the front is also larger than the stress generated later, and the front and back unbalance of the stress causes the mask to be recessed toward the back;
What about the phenomenon? Because the stress distribution of the mask before and after the material shrinkage and design defects are unbalanced, and the surface stress of the module mask is unevenly distributed, the stress in the middle part of the module mask is larger than the edge, so the mask It is generally more concave in the middle to the back.
Some people may say that the module mask is soft. I use the bottom case of the module to push the middle of the mask. Should this phenomenon disappear? It can be concluded that it is ruthless - "no."
Another phenomenon, due to the shrinkage of the material, also affects the curvature of the surface of the mask, thus visually increasing the plaque of the display screen.
From the above analysis, we can conclude that the cause of the plaque on the display is due to the material and design defects of the mask, so how to solve this problem?
At present, the manufacturers in the two industries behind the above picture have made a fuss about the color of the mask, which is to use the ink color to blur the plaque as much as possible, but this method can not completely solve the display. The plaque feeling, and due to the harsh requirements of the ink color, also brings difficulties to the processing and production of the supplier, which will inevitably lead to an increase in cost; and due to factors such as dust accumulated on the surface of the screen during the application of the display screen. This plaque will become stronger and stronger.
So can you solve this problem completely? The answer is yes!
Method 1: Appropriately increase the thickness of the mask, so that the shrinkage stress caused by the protrusion at the front of the mask can reach a negligible level, which can be solved, but the solution is to accurately calculate the thickness of the module mask. It may lead to other problems, and the third is to have a good grasp of the material.
Method 2: The simplest mask has the same protrusion on the front and back, that is, what kind of optical protrusion is designed on the front of the module mask, and what kind of protrusion is designed in the same position at the back, so that the shrinkage of the mask before and after is balanced. Therefore, the stress generated by the shrinkage of the front and back of the mask is balanced, and the deformation of the mask is solved.
