Overcurrent trip causes tripping: At start-up, it trips at a rising speed, indicating that the overcurrent is very serious. Check whether there is load short circuit, grounding, working mechanical jam, transmission damage, motor starting torque is too small, and it does not move at all. The inverter inverter bridge is damaged.
The cause of the trip during operation is that the set-up time is too short, the set-down time is too short, and the torque compensation (V/f ratio) setting is too large, resulting in low-speed overcurrent, improper adjustment of the thermal relay, and operating current setting. If it is too small, it can cause overcurrent action.
Overvoltage causes tripping: the power supply voltage is too high, the deceleration time is set too short, the brake unit does not work during the deceleration, or the brake unit discharges too slowly, that is, the braking resistor is too large. A fault in the internal overvoltage protection circuit of the inverter will cause overvoltage.
Undervoltage causes tripping: the power supply voltage is too low, the power supply is out of phase, and the rectifier bridge has a phase fault. The inverter's internal undervoltage protection circuit fault will also cause undervoltage.
