How to detect the LED screen body:

Appearance inspection Generally, the visual inspection and feel can be used to see if there is any problem with the LED screen.

Coating adhesion: There should be no shedding.

Screen picture: whether the color is consistent, or there is a phenomenon of color cast, or even no light.

Silk screen appearance: silk screen content should be clear, complete, uniform color, no burrs, defects, tailing, pollution; the specific content, position, pattern and font size of all silk screen printing, detailed description by the corresponding drawings, the manufacturer strictly according to the drawings Silk screen is required.

The color is consistent with the sample (normal vision is not observed under natural light or fluorescent light), and the same batch of products has no color difference (Note: color difference includes color and gloss); the surface of the coating is smooth, flat and uniform, and the surface must not have the following defects: Do not dry back, viscous, leaking bottom, pitting, hair, wrinkles, mechanical damage.

How to detect the LED cabinet:

First of all, there are many methods for detecting the cabinet. The commonly used tools are: vernier caliper, tape measure, and level. Box inspection requirements: Inspectors must strictly inspect the incoming materials in accordance with the designer's drawings to check whether there are fewer or missing parts. The following problems should be noted in the box inspection:

The deviation of the outer dimensions of the LED box is not more than 0.5mm, and the difference between the two diagonal lines is not more than 1mm.

Check whether the burr is removed, whether the acute angle is blunt, and it is not allowed to have a scratching or thorning phenomenon.

Each nut and nut column must be treated with a back tooth to ensure that the screw can be locked smoothly.

Verify that the overall assembly requirements of the LED box are faithfully processed according to the drawings. All accessories (such as locks and hinges) must be made of existing standard parts. The mechanical strength and sealing performance must be ensured during assembly.

The welding of the joints of the box must be firm, without the phenomenon of virtual welding, leakage welding, etc. The welding points must be smoothed, the welding joints must be treated with scraping, and the treatment process must be strictly standard. The weld must be ground and waterproof, smooth and flat without sharp angles.

The punching of the LED module hole and the flatness of the front surface of the LED module shall be ensured. The surrounding panels shall not be warped or deformed, and the flatness error shall be less than 1MM; the positioning hole of the front panel of the box shall be strictly controlled, and the aperture size and hole spacing error shall be less than 0.1mm; the X and Y directions of the group hole axis should be on the same straight line, and the straight line should be perpendicular to the edge of the box respectively, and the verticality is less than 1mm.
