Self-ballasted LED lamps for general lighting and decorative lighting have been rapidly developed and widely promoted in recent years. Due to the continuous improvement of the light efficiency of LED lighting products, the traditional power classification as a specification is far from meeting the needs of product development. . There are many kinds of LED lamp products on the market, and the specifications are more mixed. Even LED lamps that claim to replace a traditional light source of a certain specification are often similar in appearance to traditional light sources. Other optical indicators such as luminous flux and light distribution are inconsistent. The effect is quite different from the traditional light source, which leads to the uneven quality of the products and affects the use effect of the LED lamp in replacing the traditional light source. It is not conducive to the promotion and application of the product, so it is necessary to standardize the product classification. Guide the terminal consumers to correctly judge and select products, and guide the company's product design and manufacturing and market expansion.
In 2011, China announced the elimination of the roadmap for incandescent lamps for general lighting. By 2015, it will completely eliminate more than 60 W of incandescent lamps for general lighting. From October 1, 2016, more than 15 W of incandescent lamps for general lighting will be eliminated. GB/T 31112—2014 “Specification of non-directional self-ballasted LED lamps for general lighting†The main object is to replace the non-directional self-ballasted LED lamps of GB/T 10681 tungsten lamps for general lighting. The Semiconductor Technology Evaluation Alliance research project "Classification of LED Lamps for Decorative Lighting" is a supplement and continuous for the national standard research project for non-directional LED lamps for general lighting, and is used to replace the quantity in the replacement industry standard QB/T 2055 "Decorative Bulbs". Non-directional self-ballasted LED lamps for decorative lighting in homes and similar occasions, including P-type, B-type, G-type and M-type, combined with the current status of the domestic market, replacing the existing 15 W Decorative bulbs of 25 W, 40 W and 46 W sizes (C35, P45, B35, G45, etc.).
Focus on the development of the semiconductor lighting technology evaluation alliance standard TEAS "Integrated LED lamp specification classification for decorative lighting" (for review), introduce and analyze the specification classification of integrated LED lamps for decorative lighting.
The alliance standard was proposed by the Semiconductor Lighting Technology Evaluation Alliance, and the semiconductor lighting technology evaluation alliance was under the jurisdiction. The LED lighting standardization research working group for decorative lighting was responsible for research, Hangzhou Jinglan Lighting Technology Co., Ltd., Xiamen Tongshida Lighting Co., Ltd., and Matsushita Electric Research and Development ( Suzhou) Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Yuanfang Optoelectronic Information Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Yufu Lighting Co., Ltd., Sanan Optoelectronics Co., Ltd., Sichuan Changhong Lighting Technology Co., Ltd., Hangzhou Huapu Yongming Optoelectronics Co., Ltd., National Semiconductor Device Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, Huizhou NVC Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., Philips (China) Investment Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Sunlight Lighting Group Co., Ltd., Guangzhou Zhongheng Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd., Shanghai Yaming Lighting Co., Ltd. and other units jointly drafted, the alliance standard to send The review draft was approved by the Mid-term Review of the Semiconductor Lighting Technology Evaluation Alliance on June 4, 2015.
The working group extensively researched and collected information on self-ballasted LED lamp products for various decorative lightings at home and abroad, and combined with the actual development of self-ballasted LED lamps for decorative lighting in China for many years, refer to IEC 62612 ed.1 CDV :2011 "Self-Ballasted LED-Lamps for General Lighting Services with Supply Voltages> 50 V - Performance Requirements" and 34A/1515/CDV Draft (2011-10-28), Japan JISC 8157:2011 Light Ball Industry Association Guide - 008—2011 “Guidelines for Performance Labeling of Electric Ball Type LED Lightsâ€, Energy Star for integral LED lamps (Version 1.4), and EU (COMMISSION REGULATION (EC) No 244/2009: “Ecodesign Requirements†For Non-Directio nal Household Lamps and GB/T 31112—2014 “Specification of Non-directional Self-ballasted LED Lights for General Lighting†and CQC 3130—2011 “Technical Regulations for Energy-saving Certification of Non-directional Self-ballasted LED Lights for General Lighting†To study and analyze the specification of self-ballasted LED lamps for decorative lighting, and to develop the main technical content of the alliance standard.
Standard range
The Alliance standard specifies the specification of non-directional integrated LED lamps for general lighting. It is suitable for small non-directional integration with rated voltage AC 220 V, frequency 50 Hz, for general illumination in home and similar applications, and integrated stable ignition components. LED lights, the maximum shape of the lamp is no more than 50 mm.
In view of the IEC 62504:2015 "General Lighting LED Products and Related Equipment Terms and Definitions" has been stipulated that the original version of "self-ballasted LED lights" term is changed to "integrated LED lights", the product name of this standard is also determined as " Integrated LED lights".
Product specification classification
The alliance standard specifies three types of classifications, such as the outline classification of non-directional integrated LED lamps for decorative lighting, and the luminous flux specifications, color tone specifications, and color rendering index specifications.
2.1 Shape classification
The research standard of the alliance standard is to replace the industry standard QB/T 2055 "decorative bulb" for household and similar occasions. It is a small self-ballasted LED lamp that integrates stable ignition parts, including P type, B type, G type. Small lamps such as the C type. According to the outline of the lamp in GB/T 7249 "Maximum Dimensions of Incandescent Lamps", it is divided into two types: bulb P45 and candle B35 (including improved BA35). The lamp type is divided into E14, E27 and B22. The size of the LED lamp for small decorative lighting is set at a maximum outer diameter of 50 mm, and its maximum external dimensions meet the requirements of the leaflet number given in the parameter table in Table 1.
2.2 Luminous flux specifications
China's LED lamp market is mainly based on “replacementâ€, but the average customer has a lot of problems when choosing to replace the LED lamp. In particular, the LED lamp replacement object and the normalized object are not clear, which affects the consumer's choice of replacing the lamp. . The working group focused on the spectroscopic classification of the luminous flux of LED lamps and the replacement of incandescent lamps. Since traditional light sources are basically based on power, the LED lamps on the market claim to replace the traditional lamps of the same type have various powers, claiming values. Nor is it standard, and the ultimate goal of replacing traditional light sources with LED lights is to achieve the lighting effect of traditional light sources. Due to the large difference in the luminous flux of LEDs of the same power, it is not advisable to use power as a specification.
The national standard GB/T 31112-2014 "Special classification of non-directional self-ballasted LED lamps for general lighting" is mainly replaced by GB/T 10681 tungsten lamps for general lighting, and the standard standard "Classification of LED lamps for decorative lighting" is mainly replaced. The object is the QB/T 2055 decorative bulb, which replaces the current domestic market and replaces the 15 W, 25 W, 40 W and 60 W specifications of the existing decorative bulbs (C35/P45/B35/G45, etc.). Taking into account the convenience of consumers, the subject will study the corresponding "Luminous Flux Specifications" and "Declared the equivalent of the power of the decorative bulb", "Luminous Flux Specifications" according to the specifications of the different decorative bulb power, the study will refer to the EU ErP Directive (COMMISSION REGULATION (EC) No 244/2009) Luminous Flux Technology Report, Energy Star Program Requirements for Integral LED Lamps, Japan (JEL118 Small General Electric Ball) Replace the baseline.
According to the requirements of the Minutes of the kick-off meeting of the Working Group on the Classification of LED Lights for Decorative Lighting, May 23, 2014, the Working Group Secretariat issued the “Specification of Luminous Flux of LED Lights for Decorative Lighting†on June 6 The working group members and the participating experts were asked to refer to the questionnaire's luminous flux specification for comments (125 lm, 250 lm, 400 lm, 600 lm) to give their respective luminous flux ranges and specifications. A total of 16 working group members gave feedback to each other. Light flux specification comments.
The working group secretariat is responsible for overall coordination and conducts research and summary analysis of the various luminous flux specifications. According to the statistical analysis of the data provided by the 16 member units of the feedback, a total of 14 units gave the four luminous flux specifications and the corresponding luminous flux range data of the spherical and candle shapes in the questionnaire, and the average value of the luminous flux specifications of 14 units. (127.5 lm, 249.6 lm, 422.8 lm, 645 lm). Among them, NVC Lighting, Sanan Optoelectronics, Zhejiang Chenhui, Hangzhou Jinglan, Xiamen Tongshida, Suzhou Panasonic, Maple Yongming and Op Lighting have given the same data as the request for luminous flux specifications. Hengdian Debang 6, Guangzhou Zhongheng, Sichuan Changhong, Shanghai Yaming, Zhejiang Sunshine and Shenzhen Yufu gave 6 luminous flux data close to the request for luminous flux specifications; PHILIPS and Guangdong Benbang 2 units gave 100 lm, 150 lm, 250 6 luminous flux specifications such as lm, 350 lm, 500 lm, and 600 lm, regardless of spherical shape or candle shape.
According to the specifications and range values of the luminous flux for comments, Hangzhou Jinglan Lighting Technology Co., Ltd. is responsible for compiling the “Investigation and Analysis Report on LED Lighting Flux for Decorative Lighting†and gives four kinds of 150 lm, 250 lm, 400 lm and 600 lm. Luminous flux specifications.
The traditional light source is basically based on power. The LED lamp that claims to replace the traditional lamp in the market has various powers and the declared value is not standardized. The ultimate goal of replacing the traditional light source with LED light is to achieve its lighting effect. Since the luminous flux of the same power LED lamp has a large difference, it is not suitable to use power as the specification. Therefore, the standard is classified into four types of luminous flux specifications, such as 150 lm, 250 lm, 400 lm, and 600 lm, which can be replaced by the nominal luminous flux of the lamp. GB/T 10681 incandescent lamp power specifications, see Table 2.
Internationally, the European Union’s 2009 ErP Directive for Technical Reports on Non-Directed Lights (COMMISSION REGULATION (EC) No 244/2009) has given reference values for the replacement of incandescent and LED lamps. The luminous flux is measured as shown in Table 3 below.
In 2010, Japan released the LED bulb performance indicator (JEL 118 "small general lighting ball"), which proposes replacement criteria for LED bulb replacement incandescent lamps (see Table 4), also using luminous flux. As a substitute, the standard specifies a small general-purpose electric ball for the E17 lamp cap that is colorless, transparent, white-coated, and internally frosted.
JIS C 8158 Appendix B, Table B.2 – Luminous flux classification of LED lamps replacing small lamps (see Table 5), which basically covers the power categories in JEL118, and the minimum requirements for each type of LED light flux are basically the same as JEL 118 The minimum value of the rated luminous flux of the small-sized lamp of the same power type in Table 1 is the same.
Light industry standard QB/T 2055-2005 "decorative bulb" luminous flux requirements and Japan, North America Energy Star, European ErP to replace the decorative LED lighting flux requirements of a certain power incandescent lamp, and IEC non-directional LED lighting flux specification classification See Table 6 below. The JIS standard and the energy star of the North American Energy Star replacing the LED decorative lamp of a certain power incandescent lamp give the luminous flux range value, the relationship between the European directive (ErP) incandescent lamp power and the non-directional LED lamp power. It is a linear difference method. Among the three, the light flux values of Japanese small lamps and ErP non-directional lamps are similar; the North American Energy Star luminous flux requirements are slightly lower, but close to the requirements of the original QB/T 2055 decorative bulbs. The IEC Luminous Flux Specifications do not give a specific correspondence to the incandescent lamp power.
Considering that ErP's non-directional LED lamps contain both the decorative lamps of this subject and the general lighting lamps, the lighting lamps of the North American Energy Star are closest to the subject in the above three countries. Therefore, the study of the luminous flux specification classification of this subject comprehensively considers the requirements of North American Energy Star, IEC luminous flux specification classification and QB/T 2055.
In view of the ease of memory for consumers, the corresponding "light flux specifications" and "replaced incandescent lamp power" are given in the standard. Among them, the "Luminous Flux Specification" is a classification value given according to different incandescent lamp powers. As long as the product packaging claims "replacement of incandescent lamp power", the lamp's rating needs to meet the luminous flux specification of the luminous flux range.
2.3 Tone Specifications
The classification of hue in the international standard IEC 62612-2013 "Performance requirements for self-ballasted LED lamps for general lighting with greater than 50V" is shown in Table 7 below. The hue classification is classified according to the hue of the original fluorescent lamps specified by the IEC standard, but the specifications of the P2700 are added. The EU ErP Directive still uses the original fluorescent lamp tonal specification, which specifies a chromaticity tolerance of SDCM<6.
American Standard ANSI C78.377 "Technical Requirements for Color Quality of Electronic Light Solid-State Lighting Products" is classified as Table 8 below, and the color tone is classified into 8 types, with an increase of 4500K, 5700K, and the classification of non-directional self-ballasted LED lights. The classification of hue is quite different, mainly including: the central coordinates are different, the size range of the quadrilateral is different from the original fluorescent lamp ellipse, and the tonal range is increased.
Japan JIS Z9112:2012 The classification of hue in fluorescent light, LED light source color and color rendering is as follows. Table 9 has only 5 kinds of hue classification. Compared with American standard quadrilateral size, each color range is larger, and non-directional self-ballasting The specification of LED lights differs greatly in the classification of tones.
The standards of this Union refer to the national standard of fluorescent lamps and are classified into 2700 K (incandescent), 3000 K (warm white), 3500 K (white), 4000 K (cold white), 5000 K (neutral) according to the color temperature of the lamp. Tonal specifications for standard colors such as white) and 6500 K (daylight color) are shown in Table 10 for their hue code and color coordinate target values.
Because the national standard of fluorescent lamps used RR, RZ, RL, RB, RN, RD tone codes, it is difficult to remember. In order to facilitate the identification and easy identification of models, refer to IEC62612 /34A/1515/CDV "Self-ballasted LED lampsfor" in the standard. General lighting services with supply voltages >50 V Performance requirements, a new tone code consisting of the first two digits of color temperature is used instead of the tone code of the original continuous fluorescent lamps "RR" and "RD". Since the color point on the black body curve is a true incandescent color, considering that the IEC adds one color coordinate point to the latest IEC62612/34A/1515/CDV draft, this standard also increases the coordinate to x=0.458, y= The color of 0.410 is 2700 K, and the “P†is added in front of the tone code to distinguish it from the original 2700 K. The new P2700 new incandescent color tone specification has been added.
2.4 Color rendering index specifications
Taking into account the use of decorative lighting and the purpose of use, according to the color rendering index of the lamp, divided into three specifications of 70, 80 and 90, the color rendering index specifications and codes are shown in Table 11.
Conclusion
In order to promote the technological innovation and industrial development of China's semiconductor lighting industry, correctly guide the application and exploration of semiconductor technology in the lighting industry, and provide technical support for the standardization and testing of LED lamps for general lighting, the National Lighting Appliance Standardization Technical Committee in 2012 On March 24th, a meeting was held in Beijing on the establishment of a standardization working group for LED lighting for general lighting. In March 2012, the working group conducted a study on the classification of LED lamps for general lighting. In June 2012, the company submitted the “Specification of Luminous Flux†proposal to the International Electrotechnical Commission IEC TC34, which caused the IEC TC34 in the past. Intense discussion, the first time in the world to standardize the luminous flux of LED lights, IEC 62612 "Performance Requirements for Self-ballasted LED Lamps for General Lighting" 34A/1654/CDV (2013-02-01) released the same as the Chinese proposal. Classification of luminous flux specifications.
IEC TC34 has been discussed in 7 meetings, 2 special discussions, and active communication with relevant experts, the IEC TC34/PRESCO working group meeting held in Germany on March 31, 2014, China proposed non-directional self-ballasted LED The proposal for the classification of lamp specifications was generally accepted by the members of the country, and the meeting decided to use the proposal as the IEC TC34 committee document.
The proposal gives innovative suggestions for categorizing parameters of LED lamps with luminous flux, and gives specific luminous flux specifications for non-directional self-ballasted LED lamps, which is a milestone for China's lighting industry. The "Classification of LED Lights for Decorative Lighting" research project is a supplement and continuous of the non-directional LED light research project for general lighting. It is a small-sized small lamp part used to replace the replacement industry standard QB/T 2055 "decorative light bulb". Non-directional self-ballasted LED lights for decorative lighting in homes and similar occasions.
The adoption of the standard of luminous flux specification by the alliance standard is the standard result determined by China's independent research. The formulation of the standard will provide scientific technical basis for the members of the semiconductor lighting technology evaluation alliance, related enterprises, users and quality supervision and inspection departments to improve product quality and regulate the market. To guide enterprises, to achieve the interchangeability of products of various enterprises, to guide consumers to correctly select products, so that the products have better lighting effects when replacing traditional light sources, which will be beneficial to the promotion and application of semiconductor lighting products. In addition, this standard will guide enterprises to design and manufacture according to uniform specifications, avoid waste, reduce costs and improve the overall competitiveness of enterprises.
