The project has already met the conditions for bidding. The project is now undergoing open tendering. Invited potential bidders (hereinafter referred to as applicants) will apply for prequalification.

2. Project overview and scope of tender
2.1 Construction Location: West New City.
2.2 Project Scale: The municipal engineering project of Xuecheng Road, west of Xinxi Town, starts at Linyi Road and ends at Xuezhen East Road. It is about 4.522km long and is a city branch road. The road is red line width is 30m, two-way four-lane, and the design speed is 50km/h. (Including: roads, water supply, rainwater, sewage, power telecommunication pipelines, traffic, lighting and other projects)
It is a municipal project of Xuezhen East Road in the west of Xinxi Town. It is from Linyi Road in the north and Xuezheng Road in the south. It is about 0.48km long and is a city branch road. The road is redlined 30m wide and has two-way four lanes. The design speed is 50km/h.
2.3 Schedule duration: 730 calendar days.
2.4 Bidding scope: All the contents of the construction drawings for the municipal engineering project of Xuecheng New Town, Xuecheng Road and Xuezhen East Road are listed in the project quantity list. (Including: roads, water supply, rainwater, traffic, lighting, etc.)
2.5 Estimated price of the project: about RMB 130 million

3, applicant qualification requirements
3.1 Engineering Construction
3.1 The prequalification requires that the applicant has an independent legal person qualification, qualification of general construction contracting for municipal public works and above, an effective safety production license, and corresponding construction capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, and funds. Among them, the applicant intends to send the project manager to possess the qualifications for the qualification of a registered professional construction engineer of a municipal public engineering professional and an effective safety production assessment certificate, and there is no project under construction.
3.2 This prequalification does not accept applications for prequalification of consortium.
3.3 Other requirements:
(1) Financial requirements: Provides audited financial reports for 2013, 2014, and 2015.
(2) The applicant provided three items of the performance of similar projects from January 1, 2013 to date (a contractual amount of ≥ RMB 100 million in the municipal road project, which is based on the notification of successful bid or contract), of which at least one of the results is a proposal. The architect acts as project manager.
(3) Construction enterprises outside the province need to enter basic information of the enterprise in Shaanxi “Shaanxi Construction Market Supervision and Credit Information Integration Platform”.
4, prequalification methods
This prequalification uses a limited quantity system. When more than 12 applicants pass the detailed examination, the number of applicants prequalified is limited to 12.
5. Acquisition of prequalification documents
