1 Project Overview

1.1 Design background

This design department was entrusted by the owner Fuzhou City Traffic Construction and Development Corporation to take the construction of Fuzhou Bayside Bridge as an opportunity to make the night lighting design of the project.

The Bayside Special Bridge and the wiring road project were approved by the Provincial Development and Reform Commission. It is a key construction project of the province and the city. The total estimated investment of the project is 709 million yuan, which adopts the six-lane highway standard.

The starting point of the project is located in Wanbian Village, Jianxin Town, Cangshan District. The Jianwanbian Special Bridge crosses the Minjiang South Port to Minhou South Island, and builds 60 interchanges, Liulangzhou Bridge and expressway toll station. The end of the construction of Nanyu Interchange connects Jingfu National Road. Main line, the main line is 3.90 kilometers long; the new Nanyu Avenue (secondary road) is newly built. The starting point is 60 interchanges. The terminal is connected to the north bank of Nangang Bridge on the 316-324 connecting line of National Highway, with a total length of 3.45 kilometers.

The total length of the Wanbian Bridge is 1867 meters on the left and 1874 meters on the right. The main bridge is 376 meters. The single-rib arched stiffened V-shaped rigid frame-continuous beam bridge is adopted. The approach bridge adopts a 40-meter prestressed concrete cast-in-situ box. Beam.

The project connects the Third Ring Road and the expressway network through the Bayside Interchange and the Nanyu Hub to achieve the function of rapid distribution of urban traffic, providing a convenient and convenient southwest entrance and exit passage for the Fuzhou Central City Expressway network; and building new towns and south The towns and towns are integrated into one, speeding up the pace of cross-river development in Fuzhou, expanding the new urban areas, enhancing the value of land in the Nanyu region, promoting the development of land and improving the comprehensive functions of the central cities.

The Bayside Bridge is the first bridge that crosses the south of the Yangtze River and enters Fuzhou from the southwest. It is like a dragon connecting the north and south of the Yangtze River and the north of the Yangtze River. It is the hope of the people of Fuzhou for many years. Its main bridge shape reflects the characteristics of Fuzhou's "three mountains" through the three arches of high and low, and the high and low three arches juxtapose the rhythm of continuous ups and downs, showing the prosperity and prosperity of Fuzhou's historical and cultural city. At the same time, the three-arch link is like a rainbow flying across the Lijiang River after the rain, reflecting the beautiful natural scenery of the Lijiang River.

The project started at the end of 2005 with a construction period of three years and is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2008.
