1. Conditions for bidding
This tender project is the night lighting project of Hongshan Science and Technology Park Venture Center Building. The project has already met the conditions for bidding, and the construction of the project is now open for public bidding.
2. Project overview and bidding scope
2.1 The total investment of the project is about 830,000 yuan;
2.2 Construction site conditions and surrounding environment have construction conditions;
2.3 Source of funds: financial allocation;
2.4 Bidding scope: night lighting project, the specific scope is shown in the paper and the engineering quantity list;
2.5 construction period: 30 calendar days;
2.6 The construction site of the project is within the Hongshan Science and Technology Park of Fuzhou City;
2.7 The quality requirements of the project are in compliance with the “Qualification Standards for Engineering Construction Quality Acceptanceâ€.
3. Bidder's qualifications and examination methods
3.1 The bidder shall have the qualification of independent legal person and the business license of the enterprise legal person shall pass the annual inspection of the previous year;
3.2 The bidder has the second-level and above qualification certificates for the city night lighting qualifications issued by the administrative department at or above the provincial level;
3.3 The bidder shall provide a bid bond of not less than RMB 8,000 in accordance with the relevant provisions of the bidding documents when submitting the bid documents;
3.4 This project applies the post-qualification method for the qualification examination of bid applicants. The main qualification examination standards and contents are detailed in the qualification examination documents in the bidding documents. Only those applicants who have passed the qualification examination may be awarded the contract.
4. Acquisition of bidding documents
4.1 The bid applicant may send a representative letter and the original ID card of the legal person to obtain the bidding documents and related materials from Fujian N Factory Engineering Consulting Co., Ltd., from March 16, 2009 to March 25, 2009. Every day, from 8:30 am to 11:30 am, from 2:30 pm to 5:00 pm (except public holidays and holidays, subject to Beijing time, Yu Tong).
4.2 The price of each set of bidding documents is RMB 50, and the price of each set of drawings is RMB 100, which is not refundable after sale.
5. The deadline for submitting bid documents is 9:00 am on March 26, 2009. The location is Fujian N Hua Engineering Cost Consulting Co., Ltd. Late bid documents will be rejected.
