The opax1979 - q1 family (opa197q1 - q1 and opa2197q1 - q1) is part of the new generation 36-V e-trim op amp. The opax1970-q1 family of op amps uses e-trim, a method used to compensate for offsets and bias temperature drifts performed in the final step after the plastic molding process. This method minimizes the effects of intrinsic input transistor mismatches and errors in the package molding process.
These devices provide outstanding dc precision and ac performance, including rail-to-rail input/output, low bias (±5μV, typical), low offset drift (±0.2μV/°C, typical), and 10mhz bandwidth.
Unique features such as differential input voltage range supply rail, high output current (±65 mA), high capacitance load driven 1 nF and high slew rate (20 V/μs) make the OPAx197-Q1 robust, high-performance industrial applications Operational Amplifier.
Amplifiers are available in the standard OPAx197-Q1 family package and are specified from 40°C + 125°C.
