This E-studio software has been tested and verified on XP and win7 systems to be fully usable. I have not tested it on other systems. You can install and test it yourself.
During the process of installing E-studio on some computers, there will be a prompt that dll files such as mgc_ddp8_9.dll are missing and need to be restarted. At this time, you don’t need to restart the computer. You only need to copy the license file in the folder to your installation directory to overwrite the original. File, and then click OK to continue the installation until it is complete.

Use PADS9.5 to open the drawn schematic
To export TXT text, select all the first options. Pay attention to the choice of output version. E-studio versions above 2007 cannot be opened, and only version 2005 or 2005.2 can be selected. It is recommended to choose version 2005.2. If you output version 2005, after opening the file in E-studio, sometimes it may not be able to save as an ASC file.
Modify the first line of text of the exported TXT file to "*PADS-POWERLOGIC-V4.0* DESIGN EXPORT FILE FROM PADS LOGIC V4.0" and save.
Use E-studio software to directly open the TXT file just saved.
After saving as a DSN file, you can directly use OR CAD software to open it.
Finally, make appropriate adjustments to the places where some characters, ports, etc. are stacked.
A few things to note:
For some computers and some design files, after using PADS9.5 to export the TXT file, when opened in E-studio, the following error may be displayed
"ERROR has occurred during PADS reader execution"
If this happens, you only need to install another PADS2005 version software, import the TXT file exported by PADS9.5 into the 2005 version, and export the 2004.X file again to use it. Remember to delete those extra borders and so on.
After opening it in E-studio, note that the saved DSN file cannot be saved directly to the desktop, otherwise, it will not be able to be saved, so you must specify another place to save it.
