Sometimes the surface of the piston is damaged.
For this reason, some piston manufacturers use many palletizing robots produced by Germany's Baigra to complete these tasks, which not only improves work efficiency and output, but also improves product quality and economic benefits. First, the composition of MS600
The MS600 consists mainly of a feeding mechanism, a blanking mechanism, a pallet handling mechanism and a two-dimensional handling robot . The MS600 palletizing robot completes the loading of the parts to the machine every 8 seconds and cancels it from the machine. It completes the pallet exchange in 7 seconds. 1. Feeding mechanism
The feeding mechanism consists of a manual trolley and a tray lifting section. There are 12 steel mesh baskets filled with pistons on the artificial trolley, and 12 steel mesh baskets are placed on top of each other in a specific position on the trolley. The 12 steel mesh baskets were stable and firm during the manual push cart transport. Each stencil basket has a length x width x height of 545 x 310 x 95 mm with 15 compartments, each placing a piston of approximately 350 grams. 2, the cutting mechanism
The unloading mechanism is exactly the same as the loading mechanism, but it is empty when it is manually pushed into the feeding rail of the MS600. There is no pusher and piston on it. After all the tray pistons of the feeding mechanism have been processed and returned to the original position, the tray is placed on the cutting cart. When the pistons in the 12 trays are all processed and placed on the unloading cart, they must be manually pushed out to be sent away, and then an empty cart is pushed into the blanking track.
3. Pallet handling mechanism
The pallet handling mechanism consists of two pallet lifting shafts and a pallet horizontal handling shaft. The pallet lifting shaft is an up and down movement shaft composed of two PAS42BBs in parallel, which drives 12 tows to move up and down. The horizontal transport shaft of the pallet is a horizontal motion axis consisting of two PAS42BBs connected in parallel. All three axes of motion are controlled by a servo motor .
4, two-dimensional handling robot
Because FederalMogul uses a vertical CNC car, Baigra has adopted a two-dimensional XZ robot. The X-axis is PAS42BB and the Z-axis is LM-A101. In order to facilitate the gripping of the piston, Baigra has designed a 4-finger gripper with auxiliary positioning. The XZ robot has an X-axis stroke of 1.2 m, a Z-axis of 0.4 m, a maximum operating speed of 2 m/s for the X-axis, and a maximum operating speed of 1 m/s for the Z-axis.
