The company pays the corresponding transfer fee to the school, and the school then takes out part of the transfer fee as a technology stock. In this way, we jointly establish a new company, Nanjing Tianyin New Material Technology Co., Ltd.

It is understood that Nanjing Tianyin New Material Technology Co., Ltd. is one of the subsidiaries of Nanjing Tianyin Technology Group. "Supercritical nanocomposite aerogel particles technology" is mainly used in the field of heat insulation and adsorption, such as the external insulation of kiln and oil pipelines. The principle of pricing: everyone does not suffer

The school provides manpower for design, manufacturing and commissioning, which is equivalent to outsourcing research and development. According to the contract, the enterprise funds must pay 40% of the funds for the R&D project. In the stage of R&D to manufacturing, the second fund will be paid. When the equipment is put into operation, 90% of the funds will be paid, and the final payment will be settled after the project ends. It is understood that the contractual funds for the cooperation transfer project is 1.2 million, including design fees, labor costs, manufacturing costs and equipment commissioning costs.

According to relevant persons from the Nanjing Science and Technology Commission, the amount of intellectual property transactions in Nanjing exceeded 12 billion yuan last year, ranking the third in the country's 15 sub-provincial cities. At present, there are only a few accounting firms that can evaluate intellectual property assets, but the value assessed is not the final price. The transferor and the purchaser also need to communicate and negotiate to achieve the desired price in their respective minds.

According to industry insiders, a newly developed technology can only reflect its value if it is implemented in production. The timeliness of technology is very strong, and the transfer and implementation have very complicated processes. Therefore, in the transfer of patent technology, it is different from the pricing of general commodities. The generally accepted principle for determining a technology transfer fee is that the technology transferor and the transferee share the additional profits gained after using the technology. Since the transferee assumes the risks of operation, market and other aspects when implementing the technology, the transferee must take most of the distribution of profits; as for the proportion of each share, it is determined by both parties. . There are also many difficulties in accounting for additional profits. Therefore, in the technical trade, the sales of the product are actually used as the basis for calculating the technology transfer fee.

At present, there are many scientific research work in universities under the traditional scientific research management system. The practical problems of poor patentability, weak self-transformation and difficult external transformation are the bottlenecks that restrict the transformation of patent technology and research results in universities.
