1 Introduction

As countries around the world pay more and more attention to environmental issues, life cycle assessment as one of the sustainable environmental management tools has received widespread attention and recognition. In the process of product life cycle, it is urgent to use industrial design to carry out product life cycle assessment and reduce the burden of products on the environment. This paper is based on the life cycle evaluation of industrial design product system, taking Kaiyao lighting products as an example, through product modeling, inventory analysis, impact evaluation and improvement evaluation, and with compact fluorescent and incandescent lamps Compare to achieve a scientific product life cycle assessment and management.

2 Systematic research

2.1 System Objectives and Principles

The product life cycle assessment method plays an important role in quantifying the environmental impact of the product and identifying the environmental impact factors of the product. Therefore, the industrial product design system based on life cycle assessment is also essential for an enterprise. The goal of the system is mainly in the following aspects: First, through the provision of product system modeling tools for users, the entire process of product life cycle is established, and the functions of comparing and evaluating multiple products in the same series are provided; It can comprehensively and accurately evaluate the life cycle of products and completely manage the basic information of evaluation; thirdly, it has such a function that the product life cycle evaluation information can be quickly and conveniently realized, query, retrieval and output; According to the actual conditions, the product evaluation can be modified and defined accordingly to realize the adaptability and dynamics of the evaluation model.

The design of the system mainly follows the principles of usability, ease of use, practicability and system. Based on the ideas and methods of software engineering, combined with the technical framework of life cycle assessment, the design standards of reliability, openness and standardization are realized. .

Kaiyao Lighting is researching this system of industrial product design based on life cycle assessment, insisting on quality as life and service as its purpose, and constantly updating and upgrading products under the premise of ensuring humanization and individuality. Figure 1 is the application of products. The life cycle evaluation method, detailed analysis of the various production stages of LED chips and appearance, and all necessary transportation links, developed a large amount of light, all-round illumination, uniform light intensity, easy to package LED chips, easy to process , Kangzhiguang series of all-round LED lights with small thermal resistance, good heat dissipation effect and long service life.

2.2 System Phases and Functions

The life cycle assessment consists of four parts, goal definition and scoping, inventory analysis, impact assessment, and improvement assessment. This determines that the system of industrial product design based on life cycle assessment needs to go through four stages, namely, the ecological identification and diagnosis stage of the product, the new product design and development stage, the product environmental impact assessment and comparison stage, and the recycling process design stage. In these stages, not only the basic properties of the product, but also the environmental characteristics and resource utilization of the product should be considered. Combined with the factors of attention in each stage, the function of the system can be derived, which is mainly divided into four modules: product modeling module, data processing module, data calculation module and impact evaluation module. These functional modules ensure the availability, innovation and practicality of the product and are an indispensable factor in product design.

Based on this system, Kaiyao Electric's product design main line is based on people-oriented, scientific and technological innovation, and adheres to the industrial policy of green environmental protection, energy saving and emission reduction, and designs products that satisfy customers. Figures 3 and 4 show the Kangzhiguang series of “Xuanyiyi” LED lights designed by Kaiyao Lighting. 3 Conclusion

The product life cycle is a cyclical process, and industrial design is a technologically humanized creative activity that aims to create new products that meet the growing material and cultural needs of people. The combination of the two is a rationality. And a comprehensive product sustainability evaluation system that can create green products and improve the economic benefits of enterprises and society.
