2.1 Project Overview: 1) 220kV Pengshan (Zengqi) Substation Geological Hazard Assessment Report Substation area (mu): 20.7135; 2) 220kV Huchi Substation Geological Hazard Assessment Report Substation area (mu): 32.3445;

2.2 Quotation requirements: Each round of quotations will be quoted in the format provided in the negotiation documents, and the total price will be covered;

2.3 Settlement method: the total price is lump sum;

2.4 Project implementation cycle: six months from the date of signing the contract;

2.5 Estimated amount: 50000 yuan;

2.6 Requirements of quality standards: in line with national, industry and power sector standards and existing procedures and regulations and the requirements of this project;

Third, qualified supplier qualification requirements:

3.1 The responding supplier should have an independent legal personality and have a valid business license registered with industry and commerce;

3.2 The enterprise qualification certificate issued by the competent administrative department must be issued, and it must have Class A qualification for risk assessment of geological hazards;

3.3 The deadline for negotiated response should bear at least one project of similar type and scale to the negotiated project within the last three years;

3.4 Responsive suppliers Within the past three years (to the date of the announcement, the following terms start from the same time): No fraudulent transactions or serious breaches occurred in domestic bidding activities; there were no violations, violations of discipline, or illegal acts involving commercial bribery;

3.5 The responding supplier was not rated as a bad supplier by the State Grid Corporation of China and its subordinate electric power company; or was rated as a bad supplier by the State Grid Corporation of China and its subordinate electric power company, but it was no longer within the tender period;

3.6 The project does not accept response documents submitted by the Consortium.
