1 Project overview and construction goals

Traditional post-paid electricity consumption models, single billing models and manual meter reading methods are facing many challenges. How to prevent large electricity users from defaulting on electricity bills, traditional manual meter reading has problems such as slow speed, poor reliability, and waste of human resources. Although the plug-in prepaid system that has appeared in the past few years has high technical content and many functions, it still has the disadvantages of unchangeable operation and manual operation after paying the electricity bill. According to the above-mentioned various actual situations, this article introduces in detail the remote prepaid system that automatically collects, transmits and processes the dormitory electricity consumption information through the application of the remote power sales system for the employee dormitory of Hefei Xinsheng Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. (Hefei BOE), and recharges at the same time The information is written into the electricity meter to realize the prepayment management of electricity consumption in the staff dormitory. This system can not only solve the basic meter reading function in the traditional sense, but also fundamentally overcome the shortcomings of the manual meter reading mode, providing necessary conditions for the modernization of power management.

The first phase of the staff dormitory construction of the 10.5th generation thin film transistor liquid crystal display device project of Hefei Xinsheng Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. includes 4 dormitories, 3#, 4#, 5# and 6# dormitories. Each dormitory includes 199 dormitories, and the 6# dormitory building contains 99 dormitories, all of which use single-phase electricity.

2 Design of prepaid management system

In the design of the prepaid management system, factors such as the enterprise's own characteristics, the power consumption characteristics of the dormitory, and the actual load capacity of the power system are fully considered, and then the management equipment is reasonably selected. 2.1 Selection of metering equipment

As the staff dormitory uses single-phase electricity, and the power load does not exceed 60A, in the selection of prepaid meters, it is necessary to ensure the independence of each dormitory's measurement and the accuracy of measurement: the control unit is independent, Ensure control reliability; secondly, prepaid meters need to ensure metering reliability, have anti-theft function, can accurately measure the electrical energy in both positive and negative directions, and accumulate in the same direction to prevent the phenomenon of stealing electricity; in addition, the meter itself needs to have prepaid Charge function, can run offline, when a user exceeds the standard or owes charge, according to the manager's instruction, or according to his own judgment of the remaining power, the user can be controlled to cut off the power;

2.2 Network composition of prepaid management system

The entire prepayment system adopts a hierarchical and distributed system structure, including a supervision center, four communication sub-stations and several on-site metering units, high-reliability application servers and software and hardware systems, high-performance fieldbus technology and network communication Technology to ensure that the entire system is safe, stable and reliable, and easy to use and maintain.

The prepaid supervision center includes prepaid management server, network switch, receipt printer, UPS and Acrel-3200 prepaid management software.
