Case Analysis of Intelligent Lighting Control System for Super Tall Buildings

Super high-rise buildings generally have many floors, large building areas and complex functions, requiring high-reliability lighting control. Super high-rise buildings are large in scale, with many scenes, and lighting energy consumption accounts for more than 20% of the entire building energy consumption. Lighting energy conservation is even more necessary. Intelligent lighting control system can not only meet the complex control requirements of super high-rise buildings through system optimization, but also achieve the purpose of reducing lighting energy consumption.

Intelligent lighting control system

The intelligent lighting control system is a bus-based control system with a unified network and a relatively simple structure, usually including a host, an intelligent controller and a terminal module.

The European InstallaTIon Bus (EIB) control method includes:

(1) Manual control mode. A certain number of on-site controllers, such as push button switches, are placed in the building to manually control the system.

(2) Mobile control mode. This method is mainly used in underground garages and public corridors, with mobile sensors and active sensors to make the equipment work according to the specified time. Depending on the access of the vehicle and personnel, the lighting can be turned on or off automatically, saving power.

(3) Network control mode. The EIB system can integrate with other automatic control systems through the Internet gateway and perform related actions according to the operation instructions.

(4) Centralized control method. Install the control host in the building duty room, and provide real-time control of the operation of the lighting equipment in the building through the provided building simulation map, and adjust it in time to facilitate energy conservation.

(5) Constant illumination control mode. A fuzzy switch is added to the building to automatically turn on or off the lighting in the building according to the illuminance change in the hall and the set illuminance value, so as to maintain a constant illuminance in the building.
