SCA decoder circuit

The circuit uses a NE565 phase-locked loop from the company, which is used as a detector to recover the SCA signal. The input of the SCA decoding circuit is connected to an FM receiver, the node being between the FM discriminator and the de-emphasis filter network. The phase-locked loop and IC1 are tuned to 67 kHz by a 5K potentiometer R7.
