LED display:
Displayed with 4PCS green LED, the charge display is 40% 60% 80% when charging. 100% LED lights are illuminated in sequence. When discharging, LEDs are displayed by buttons. 100% 80% 60% 40% are turned off sequentially, 20% when the battery voltage is 34V The LED does not stop flashing (low voltage alarm) and goes out when it is 30V.
42V total voltage
34V - 20% 36V - 40% 38V - 60% 40V - 80% 42V - 100%
Note: The following circuit is a module circuit, which needs to be switched between the components in the middle (switching after charging and charging is completed) according to personal preference and corresponding components to switch)
1: Depending on the voltage, the frequency of the 555 output is different from the pulse width. The following circuit is a theoretical circuit. It has been simulated and the components are subject to its own debugging.
2. Since the voltage input range of the 555 component is 4-15V, the voltage of 42-30V is divided into voltages within this range according to the voltage division principle (determined by R9 and R11 on the figure).
3. Due to different input voltages, the 555 output frequency is different to determine the magnitude of the detected voltage.
EG: 30V-----after partial pressure----10V-----corresponding to 555 frequency-----113HZ
34V-----after partial pressure----11.3V-----corresponding to 555 frequency----123HZ
36V-----after partial pressure----12V-----corresponding to 555 frequency----127HZ
38V-----after partial pressure----12.6V-----corresponding to 555 frequency----131HZ
40V-----after partial pressure----13.3V-----corresponding to 555 frequency----135HZ
42V-----after partial pressure----14V-----corresponds to 555 frequency----138HZ
