Abstract: The traditional remote monitoring system generally adopts the C / S model, which is costly for large equipment. The article uses the SOC chip C8051F020 and the 10M adaptive network chip RTL8019AS interface solution, embeds a streamlined TCP / IP protocol stack in the single-chip computer, and builds a Web-based single-chip remote monitoring system software and hardware platform. The data acquisition and remote monitoring of the single chip microcomputer have the advantages of low cost, convenient operation, and reliability.
1 Introduction
The single chip microcomputer system is more and more widely used in industrial control and daily life due to its simple and efficient characteristics. At present, most single-chip systems use 51 single-chip as the core, and cooperate with detection, servo and display equipment to realize the monitoring function.
However, the data transmission of these monitoring systems mostly adopts RS-232, RS-485 and various field buses. Some of these methods are not fast enough, some are not far away, and it is difficult to realize interconnection and interoperation between various buses. As the most widely used local area network, Ethernet has been used more and more in the fields of industrial automation and process control. At the same time, with the popularity of the Internet and the advancement of modern communication technologies, distributed monitoring technologies based on TCP / IP and Client / Server architectures have also matured. By connecting the embedded system to the Internet, you can easily and cheaply transfer information to any place in the world.

The traditional remote monitoring system generally adopts the C / S model, mainly for large-scale equipment monitoring. For the monitoring of small equipment such as camera image monitoring, home instruments, access control systems, etc., a low-cost solution is required.
In view of this, transplanting a streamlined TCP / IP protocol cluster on a low-cost microcontroller system to achieve remote monitoring of small devices is the best choice. The system is implemented in Web mode, and users can perform remote monitoring and control on any PC equipped with a browser, which has the advantages of low price, convenient operation, and friendly interface. The traditional remote monitoring system model and the model adopted by this system are shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2.

2. Wireless remote monitoring based on GSM module TC35T
The GSM system is a relatively mature, complete, and most widely used system in the current mobile communication system based on time division multiple access technology. The GSM short message system has a wide range of users for its fast, convenient, and low-cost features. It is also a remote monitoring system. Provides a new technical means. The use of GSM short message (SMS) for remote monitoring has the characteristics of low investment, low cost, high reliability, etc., and has a high cost performance in the case of low real-time requirements for operation and monitoring.
Wireless GSM communication module TC35T
TC35T is a special GSM modem launched by SIEMENS. It is mainly composed of six parts: GSM baseband processor, GSM radio frequency module, power supply module, flash memory, ZIF connector and antenna interface. It can complete the transmission of voice, data, short message and fax. TC35T has a standard industrial interface and a complete SIM card reader, so it is very simple to use, and its structure is shown in Figure 1.
Principle and implementation of GSM remote monitoring
The GSM remote monitoring system is composed of a control terminal and a controlled terminal. As shown in FIG. 2, the control terminal can be a mobile phone or a TC35T module and a PC.
